One-on-one weight-training supervision at West Workout, Somerset West.
(You must be a member or join the gym.)
Goal: Build muscle, burn fat.

R150.00 for a 1-Hour Session (we develop your routine during the session)

R300.00 for a 2-Hour Session (we develop your routine during the session)

R400.00 for a 3-Hour Session (we develop your routine during the session)

R1200.00 – 1-Month Program: 9 x 1 hour sessions (equates to 2 x 1-hour supervised sessions per week for a month – you do 3rd session each week on your own following the routine worked out together)

R2200.00 – 2-Month Program: 17 x 1 hour sessions (equates to 2 x 1-hour supervised sessions per week for 2 months – you do 3rd session each week on your own following the routine worked out together)

R3400.00 – 3-Month Program: 26 x 1 hour sessions (equates to 2 x 1-hour supervised sessions per week for 3 months – you do 3rd session each week on your own following the routine worked out together)

Eating Plan
R150.00 – You tell, I tell what food and supplements and when and we develop an eating plan to help you build muscle, lose fat.

Muscle Measuring
R150.00 – Set up a measurement schedule to track the growth of your muscles.

Advice
Free – to you during any of the above service sessions.

Online Personal Training
Wherever you are you must either be a member of a gym or have access to standard weight-training equipment.
You must email me a copy of your present workout routine.
Goal: Build muscle, burn fat.

R1960.00 – 5-Week Program: Includes medical questionnaire, personal training agreement, weight-training routine, eating plan, muscle measurement, and advice on body-fat testing and supplements. Check in by email/chat after each workout 3 or 4 times per week for routine discussion/adjustment, for eating plan/progress monitoring questions and for other advice.

R3460.00 – 9-Week Program: Includes medical questionnaire, personal training agreement, weight-training routine, eating plan, muscle measurement, and advice on body-fat testing and supplements. Check in by email/chat after each workout 3 or 4 times per week for routine discussion/adjustment, for eating plan/progress monitoring questions and for other advice.

R4560.00 – 12-Week Program: Includes medical questionnaire, personal training agreement, weight-training routine, eating plan, muscle measurement, and advice on body-fat testing and supplements. Check in by email/chat after each workout 3 or 4 times per week for routine discussion/adjustment, for eating plan/progress monitoring questions and for other advice.

R295 per month – unlimited email advice on anything addressed to me at advice@tony.org.za (unlimited means reasonable and reasonable is my definition)
